Our Organic Olive Oils From Italy Costabile is a family-owned brand that was created decades ago by our grandparents, Nunzio and Giovanna. From the very beginning, they were committed to quality and supported local farmers to adopt high standards, so that people around the world could taste the best products of our land.

Unfortunately, a devastating earthquake forced them to shut down their business. We, Angelo and Valentino Costabile, decided to revive their mission and bring their vision back to life. Our goal is to make eating real, natural food easy, no matter what your dietary preferences are.

All our products were used before grocery stores existed, and they are produced following the same traditional methods. They are made with a few high-quality, recognizable ingredients to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.

100% From Puglia, The Heel Of Italy Our organic extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian, sourced from a single estate in the region of Puglia. The olives are harvested early when their ripeness is optimal for high-quality oil, using gentle techniques to maintain their flavor.

The oil is cold-extracted through modern milling methods that preserve the organoleptic properties. It is then filtered to remove any sediments, olive particles, and leftover water. The dark glass bottle and anti-waste cap protect the oil from UV light and oxidation, keeping it at its peak taste.

Our olive oils are rich in polyphenols, with a content of 620 mg/Kg, which is significantly higher than the average of 300 mg/Kg in extra virgin olive oils. They are suitable for a wide range of diets, including Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Mediterranean, Kosher, and Gluten-Free.
